Portfolio Analysis
Our analyses start with our clients' investment objectives for the portfolio. With those the following issues can be addressed:

• Evaluation of existing ALM studies, and/or preparation of a new ALM study
• Proposals on the optimal use of risk budgets in combination with return enhancements
• Proposals for an integrated risk management (including e.g. Overlays)

Manager Selection
Our advice on the selection of asset managers is based on key performance numbers, but also on our own experiences as asset managers. The selection comprises the following steps:

• Precise categorisation of strategies/portfolios/composites and benchmarks
• Analysis of performance in market cycles and analysis of key risk figures
• Evaluation of the investment process and of quality and stability of personnel

Implementation
We advice on the selection of external service providers and we support our clients with the implementation of their mandates. This may cover the following services:

• Selection of investment vehicles, of Master-KVGs and custodian banks
• Analysis and design of investment guidelines
• Proposals on fee structures
